

Bernard Ho - Project/Contract Management Consultant
Bernard is an experienced and passionate infrastructure professional with 13 years’ experience as a civil, traffic and environmental engineer. His technical experience is complemented by his commercial management and leadership skills, developed in leading organisations including eight years’ experience within DPTI, and a subsequent role at the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. Bernard has extensive experience as a Superintendent’s Representative on DPTI Projects, managing variations, conformance, contract administration and commercial matters, and has developed a strong and thorough capability for safety and financial risk assessment.
Roger McAlinden - Contract Management and Procurement Consultant
Roger is highly experienced in administering contracts for civil and building projects of up to $2.4B across the mining, defence, aviation, road and rail, commercial and resources sectors. He is highly experienced across all procurement models and contract types including D&C and Managing Contractor, within Tier 1 companies including John Holland, McConnell Dowell and BHP. Roger has been involved in several DPTI and SA Government projects. His contract and procurement experience is enhanced by commercial acumen and strong communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Bang Ouyang - Project Manager - Roads
Bang has 12 years of experience as a civil engineer including in Australia, China, Algeria, and Ethiopia) where he has managed multi-disciplinary consultant teams on major road and transport infrastructure projects. He has specialist knowledge in road design including geometric, pavement, storm water drainage, retaining wall, signage, pavement marking, safety barrier, illumination, toll station design, and subgrade design in unfavorable geologies.
James Hohneck - Project/Contract Management Consultant
James provides a solid combination of project and site-based experience, enhanced by project and contract management skills developed across a period of 11 years within the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI). James has performed in several roles over his career including Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Superintendent’s Representative and Contract Manager, equipping him with a sound understanding of the many facets of project requirements and the distinctions and importance of the individual roles across a project. James effectively engages with diverse stakeholders including DPTI internal stakeholders, project team members, contractors, clients, council representatives, service authorities and the public.
